Although this week felt jam-packed, I feel that I have very little to show. I completed all my tasks; however, I did want to spend more time on my stitching. Unfortunately, cleaning the house got in the way yesterday. I completed my three granny squares. Bringing my total for the month to thirteen.

I also worked on the second of the USA/French socks for DH. I came very close to finishing it. I have enjoyed working with Gnome Acres yarn again. I need to go through my stash to see if I have any more skeins.

My third project for the week was Primrose by Stacy Nash. I would like to have the stitching completed by the end of the Easter weekend.

I will be out of town at the end of the week, so I won’t be setting any goals or posting on Sunday. I hope to get some crafty time in during the week, but with my short work week. I know it will be limited. I hope everyone has a wonderful week.
Haha, I grew up in a “clean the house for company” and I raised my kids the same way. We were never a “no shoes in the house” as my floors are definitely not clean enough for socks. I also refuse to keep up on a daily basis with the utter mess my husband makes for the kitchen counters, floors, dishes, and cooktop. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking with it. Hope you have a safe and fun trip next weekend.

Thank you. With two German Shepherds it’s a constant struggle to keep the floor hair free, but I now only mop the floor once a week. Having said that I do sweep/vacuum twice a day. That’s with brushing them.

That’s a lot of stitching to get done by the end of Easter weekend, good luck. I really am enjoying the colour pallet of your granny squares.

I am wondering if you achieved your goal of finishing the bunny in time for Easter. Let us know how it went.

I did. Thank you for asking. I’ve been meaning to post. I’ve been so busy at work. And I hurt my right again, so crafting time has been limited.
